Data protection
In principle, the corresponding data protection laws apply in accordance with the German DSGVO.
The data protection requirements of ISO 27001 are adhered to.
The persons employed in data processing are obliged to comply with data secrecy when they start their work. In particular, they are prohibited from collecting, processing or using personal data without authorization. The basis for this is the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO). This obligation continues even after the end of their activity.
Insofar as personal data is collected, the company undertakes to comply with the data protection guidelines (DSGVO). The transfer of project data to third parties, including the Client's own contractual partners, is only permissible if the Client's consent has been obtained beforehand. The aforementioned obligations do not apply if it can be proven that project information was already known to the Company prior to the work for Clients or if it was received by the Company from third parties without a non-disclosure agreement or for those that are generally known.
If the Company uses a third party in the performance of its orders, it is responsible for obliging the third party to comply with data secrecy.
